Refund policy


No Returns or Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is proven to be damaged upon delivery.

  • Customers must provide a valid video recording of the package being opened as proof of damage.

  • Claims without such video evidence will not be considered.

Proof of Damage Requirement

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damaged product inside.

  • Proof must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Nose pins (for hygiene reasons).

  • Hair accessories (for hygiene reasons).

  • Discounted or clearance items.

  • Customized jewellery.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is confirmed damaged.
